Description

The mechanical burr breaking machine is a preprocessing tool that is used to remove burrs from the surface of a material. It can also be used as a secondary operation to give the edges of the material a radius.

• Process

  A slow high torqued rotation of the work piece while the tool is held at a right position. A loud breaking sound is heard when the burr breaks.
